InMemoriam is a tribute to the victims of covid-19 in Brazil. In this data visualization, the pixels that come out from the first page of the section “On Fundamental Rights and Guarantees” of the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 represent the number of deaths, day by day, over the period. The exponential sequencing of the pandemic is related to the failure of national public health policies and the alienation of acquired rights.
